VISAS ARE HERE!

I'm not saying that we had given up on the visas but I was on the phone with the Meyers - our new friends from Molokai, Hawaii - making arrangements to go buy another week's worth of food when Anne from "Church Travel" called. That was at 4:15 this afternoon. We didn't go shopping. I double-timed it over to the C.O.B. and picked up the travel docs and our lovely visas. We will leave on Monday morning @ 11, layover in Chicago, fly British Airways to London and finally land in Oslo at 11AM local time on Tuesday, August 9th. We will probably have a couple of days in Oslo before we get to our destination  - Bergen.

We will make it three weeks in a row at the Mo. Tab. Sunday broadcast "from the crossroads of the west." We are going to miss everyone here in Salt Lake. There are plenty of fun free concerts and other activities. We heard and danced to a rock 'n roll band (Midlife Crisis) tonight. I was looking forward next week to a Bluegrass group and a 17 piece Big Band - yeah it is pretty comfortable here. Our next posting should be from somewhere in Norway!
